Case Manager - Contract

• Local Pay up to $40 hour
• Weely Travel Compensation
  • $1,650 total
    • $675 taxable wages
    • $975 travel stipend nontax

 Position Details

• 40 hrs/week
• Four (4) Month contract

Position Requirements

• Required Licensure/Certification: Active, unrestricted Texas State Registered Nursing license or Compact License
• Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW or Advanced Practice Social Worker APSW in good standing.
• 2 years of clinical experience with case management experience
• RUG Cerfification Preferred
• STAR+PLUS and/or home health experience preferred
