Case Manager - Zachary Piper LLC

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Case Manager to work on-site in Aberdeen, MD for a leader in defense and civilian government agencies. The Case Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.

Responsibilities for the Case Manager include:

· Conduct comprehensive research on foreign government requirements.

· Prepare and manage Letters of Acceptance (LOA), including identification of necessary materials, services, shipping needs, and lifecycle cost estimations.

· Perform technical reviews and analyses for Letters of Request (LOR).

· Calculate manpower requirements for FMS cases.

· Develop detailed FMS case notes and documentation.

· Ensure accurate Total Package Approach (TPA) sheets are used in case development and advanced planning for weapon systems.

Required Qualifications for the Case Manager include:

·       5 to 8+ years of relevant contracts experience.

·       Proven ability to address complex and sensitive issues effectively.

·       Experience in preparing presentations and briefings for senior management.

·       Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and high-ranking government officials.

·       Knowledge of C5ISR systems (Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), such as radios and Night Vision Devices, is a plus.

·       SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be eligible to obtain a Secret-level security clearance

Compensation for the Case Manager include:

·       $95,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
