CommQuest is currently seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to work at our outpatient facilities, based out of Canton, Massillon, and Alliance, OH. The Case Manager Supervisor will oversee a team of case managers who work in various fields such as social work, behavioral and mental health, chemical dependency, and community services. Primary responsibilities include ensuring the Case Managers team effectively support clients in achieving their goals and accessing necessary resources, supporting day to day operations, performance tracking, and compliance of program protocols.

Job Duties include:
- Lead and manage a team of case managers, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Review cases to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and best practices. This will also include providing guidance on complex cases or interventions and responding to client emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other service providers, agencies, and community resources to ensure clients have access to the support and services they need, with both existing and new cases.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and developing case management staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate and thorough case records, including documentation of client assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Reporting on program outcomes and effectiveness.
- Assess and manage risks associated with case management activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
- Provide insight and feedback to budget management related to case management services, including allocating resources effectively and monitoring expenditures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Shift:
Dayshift. Some weekend/holidays may be required depending on staff needs and special events.
Some site travel to locations in Canton, Massillon, and Alliance is required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Substance Abuse Counseling, Social Work, or other related field highly desired. LISW-S or LPCC-S with Ohio State board required.
- Previous experience of 3+ year working with adults with Substance Use Disorder and/or mild to moderate behavioral/mental illness is preferred.
- Previous experience of 3+ year working in Case Management is preferred.
- Must have the ability to establish working relationships with diverse individuals in a variety of settings and situations.
- Valid OH Driver's License and reliable transportation is required.
- Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other providers in the agency and community.
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and BCI/FBI background check.
