Job Title: Foreman

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee new construction job sites, primarily residential projects, with occasional small commercial jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report to management.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
