Carpenter Foreman - Gpac

A local construction company is seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to add to their team. This company has been a leading general contractor specializing in both residential and commercial projects. 

Responsibilities of a Foreman:

• Coordination of all communication with stakeholders, contractors and leadership
• Oversee project management and timeline of the projects to ensure commitments are being met
• Develop standards to be provide effective and efficient project completion 
• Manage building material orders and delivery to projects
• Ensure all employees and contractors are following safety polices and procedures

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years experience with emphasis on residential or commercial construction
• Strong leadership skills with previous management of construction professionals
• History of leading construction projects
• Ability to communicate effectively and convey project details
• Oversee safety procedures and training 
• Valid state driver's license
