Goodman Realty Group seeks experienced, tradesman with well-rounded skillset in rough and finish carpentry as well as woodworking shop skills at Winrock Town Center. Must work well with routers, table saws, planers, joiners and other shop tools. Must have experience with laminates and wood finishes. Must be able to read plans, do material takeoffs and project layout. You will be working on various interior and exterior projects throughout the Center, from interior space finishing, lobby and hallway and common area work and exterior park construction. Great job with lots of variety for a creative, skilled, self-starting individual.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- One year of experience directly related to the essential functions.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other employees.
- Organizational skills to keep track of multiple jobs and the materials needs.
- Occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
- Basic mathematical knowledge.
- English language usage, reading, writing and speaking.
- Operate a wide variety of hand tools and power tools in a safe and effective manner.
- Read and understand verbal and written instructions.
- Work independently in the absence of supervision.

- A valid New Mexico driver's license, vehicle insurance, good driving record and reliable vehicle.
