Caregivers / HHA / DSP / PCA - Hiring Now in Atlanta 

Position Overview 

As a homecare caregiver, you'll get to make a real difference in the lives of patients who need a helping hand with everyday tasks. You'll be there to provide support with activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, as well as assist with meal preparation and transportation.It's important to keep detailed records and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers and patient's families, but most importantly, you'll need to be a warm, caring, and patient caregiver. You'll be working with patients who may be elderly, frail, developmentally delayed or dealing with serious illnesses, so it's essential that you bring kindness and compassion to your work every day. 

Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, PRN Scheduling options | Day and Night positions available  

Position Requirements 

• Prior experience as a caregiver, DSP, PCA or HHA+ - 2 years minimum - (required)
• Compassionate and patient demeanor 
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients and their families 
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration under the direction of a nurse 
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation 
• Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers (if required) 
• Engage clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being 
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients 
• High school diploma or equivalent
