Job Summary:

Help at Home Senior Care Nevada is currently seeking exceptional In-Home Caregivers to provide compassionate care for seniors in their Carson City homes. Help at Home offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time availability. This is an hourly position with a competitive wage of $18.00-$22.50 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping seniors and providing them with the support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a meaningful job that can literally change the life of a senior as well as your own! Professional or personal experience with caregiving is a plus, but we are willing to train!!

Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management, as needed
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and dishes
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and report any changes or concerns to management

Requirements:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

- Experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and transferring clients, if needed
