Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

• Personal Care Assistance: Help clients maintain dignity and independence by assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other hygiene needs.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Plan and prepare meals based on clients’ dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring they receive proper nutrition.
• Offer Companionship: Be a friendly presence for clients, assist with errands, and accompany them to appointments.
• Assist with Cognitive Challenges: Provide support and patience for clients with memory loss, dementia, or other cognitive conditions, encouraging engagement and mental stimulation.
• Follow Individual Care Plans: Deliver care tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

We’re Looking for Caregivers Who Meet These Requirements:

• Experience: Preferably 1+ year in private care or a facility setting.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift/transfer clients weighing up to 35 lbs.
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Background: Able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Certification: Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide certification is a plus.
