Job Summary:
CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for Per Diem Caregivers (CGs) to join our team.
This role is part-time. We are looking for several caregivers for various shifts with some weekends and holidays required. Sitter's responsibilities include monitoring the participants' daily activities, providing emotional support and companionship, as well responding to the patients' inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Essential Job Functions:
• Supervise patients in your care without distraction
• Alerting nurses when patients need help or intervention
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
• Refraining from performing medical procedures or any unauthorized actions
• Keeping patient information confidential
• Develop and facilitate engaging, functionally appropriate, interesting, stimulating and safe program
• Activities in the indoor area. Ensure that activities are balanced to meet the needs of the member
• Effectively communicate and build trust with the member verbally or using verbal or visual cuing techniques to provide care and interact to meet the social and emotional needs of the individual
• Report notable program participant changes
• Adhering to the facility’s policies and standards

Qualifications:
• Caregiver experience especially with de-escalation.
• Ability to communicate in English
• Care and compassion for others
• Valid government ID
• Eligibility to work in the US
• TB test
• Proof of COVID vaccination, including first booster
• Reliable transportation
