Caregiver, Lead - Brookdale Senior Living

Be the leader on the floor: lead caregivers serve as a resource to other staff members and may be on-call to provide staff coverage. Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
