Heartfelt Connections Home Care is seeking outstanding Care Providers! We are looking for mature, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to support our mission to provide quality heartfelt care to seniors and others with physical limitations in our client’s home.
Companion Care Assistant Job Description
Must be able to create a heartfelt aging experience and client focused care in a residential and community setting.
Deliver on our Heartfelt promise by owning the clients experience, ensuring that you strive to bring peace of mind to our clients and their families.
Typical duties include:
• Assistance with ADLs (Activities of daily living)
• Prepare and serve meals and/or snacks
• Transfer/Mobility Assistance
• May remind client of medication
• Light Housekeeping (linen changes, laundry, dishes, sweep, mop)
• Shopping, errands, and transportation which could include visits to doctor appointments, friends, family members, stores, church)
• Provide Companionship to client
Job Types:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- Floater (PRN)
- Creative schedules
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older (maturity is a must)
• Driver’s license and social security Card or government issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Proof of negative TB test within in last 12 months (preferred)
• Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn
- Must be willing to work 1 WEEKEND PER MONTH
