We currently have a veteran in Medford looking for someone to assist him with his daily activities (Flexible AM or afternoon shifts). He will need assistance with housekeeping, showering, meal preparation, exercise, companionship, and appointments.

We also provide services to residents throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley. Because of this, we are looking to grow our care team in the following Southern Oregon areas: Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent.

Essential Functions

• Non-medical care: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, transportation, mobility, safety supervision,
• Performing personal care activities includes assisting the patient with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Follow and execute the client care plan.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
• Provide a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Update daily care notes through the mobile app.

Qualifications

• Be able to pass background check
• Ability to get to and from clients home
• Must be 18 years to apply
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Must possess a valid ID
