The Caregiver Role

As a Caregiver at CareFor, you are at the heart of providing exceptional care to our clients. You will provide one-to-one care to clients who are in need of personalized care in their homes, which is why we're looking for Caregivers to provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities that promotes dignity and independence for our clients. To do well in this role, you'll have a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients. Being empathetic and getting energy from helping others is a must for this role!

A Day in the Life of a Caregiver

Meal preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
Running errands and grocery shopping
Transportation
Assistance with activities of daily living
Lifting and transferring of our clients
Companionship
Possible pet care

Salary: Starting pay is $15 per hour; paid weekly

**Higher rates for Special Cases and previous experience/licenses**

Qualifications:

1 year of caregiving experience or CNA license is preferred
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Every other weekend commitment

Schedule:

7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m
