Job Summary:

CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for Caregivers. 

CareLinx by Sharecare is looking for caregivers to provide companionship care to clients with Dementia or a behavioral health condition. The caregiver will provide supervision and support with clients as directed and report on any new conditions or needs that may arise. We offer flexible scheduling including day, evening, weekdays, and weekends.

Essential Job Functions:

• Friendly companionship and assistance with activities of daily living including, but not limited to:
  • walking and exercise
  • medication reminders
• Emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks
• Active engagement in activities with the client
• Thorough documentation of care plan tasks and activities completed
• Timely submission of timesheets via the CareLinx app
• Communication with care advisors as needed
• Ensures that all information about members is maintained as confidential

Specific Skills/ Attributes:

• Ability to manage variable client schedules
• Tech-savvy

Qualifications:

• Six (6) months of caregiving experience or educational experience (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.)

• Ability to communicate in English

• Proof of COVID vaccination required, bivalent booster preferred
• Completion of program-specific vetting and training required
• Medical requirements including physical and TB test
• Additional documents can be requested due to state laws and regulations may be required
