Caregiver Job Duties include:

• Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Provide and plan person-centered care and activities
• Respite Care
• Assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and transportation (Homecare clients)
• Comply with all documentation requirements

Caregiver Requirements

• One year experience in home care\nursing facility
• TB Skin Test/Chest X-Ray
• Driver’s License
• Reliable car / Auto insurance
• Clean background and criminal record
