CAREER CONSULTANTS (PT), Questrom School of Business - Boston University

• Apply lived experience working in industry to support improved career outcomes for undergraduate business students and MBA students by providing insights into applying for a specific industry and functional role, including how to interview for the role, skills to develop and emphasize with employers, aligning resume and cover letter to the role, networking, and more.
• Create career development content for undergraduate and MBA students that provides insights into an industry, roles, and relevant skills.
• Collaborate with faculty to provide industry insights that can inform curriculum development.

Our team is looking for 10 Part-time Career Consultants.

• B.A./B.S., 8 years of industry or recruiting experience, or Master's degree with 5-8 years of experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for effective career coaching.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Some weekends and evening work may be required.
• The requirements for this position may be fulfilled fully remotely.
• On-campus office space is also available.
