The Staffing Manager Position:
- Source, recruit, interview, and vet accounting and finance professionals in your local market.
- Match qualified candidates to job opportunities. Present candidates to hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates, clients, and employees—provide a good candidate experience and continue building relationship
- Collaborate with sales team to develop leads and grow business.

Ideal Fit:
- 2+ years of experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to confidently and effectively communicate at all levels in an organization
- Highly organized and good at prioritizing and pivoting – this is a fast-paced recruitment and placement process
- Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player
- Good sense of humor
