As a Care-Team representative at StartCHURCH you will:
We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to operate telephones to answer, screen, and forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.
- Maintain records in Admin Console of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquires, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Complete multiple time sensitive office administrative tasks.
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations.
- Build relationships, credibility and identity within the StartCHURCH staff to be seen as a supportive member of the team as a whole.
- Maintain a basic knowledge of all StartCHURCH Departments and what they do in order to best serve clients and support staff.
- Maintain a call pick-up rate of no less than 98%.
- Hear and resolve customer complaints.
- Transmit information or documents to customers, using computers, mail, or fax machine.
- File and maintain records.
- Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
