HRBP - Senior Leader - High Visibility Role!

We are working on an exciting opportunity with a top manufacturing client in the Twin Cities. This role will join our client's Divisional HR Team and help drive People Excellence in a thriving division.

Our search is for a high impact Human Resources Manager (Human Resources Business Partner, HRBP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving HR Systems & Best Practices, Employee Relations, Talent Development, Training, and overall HR Operational Excellence.

Our client is Growth oriented, with a ton of room for advancement long-term! Ideally this role will take on more responsibility over time within their business unit or broadly across the greater business.

We are looking for:

•Bachelor's degree (BS Human Resources Management, or related field of study preferred)

•Strengths in Human Resources / Training / Employee Development

•A "People Person" with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

•4+ years of Manufacturing Experience

•Systems Driven HR Professional Committed to Organizational Process Improvements
