JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a seasoned administrative professional to join our team and support to ensure efficient operations for our CEO and COO. Your role would be to help fill in the gaps for our CEO and COO so that they can stay in the field to do what's important to grow the business. Carry out administrative duties such as answering general emails, scheduling meetings, merchandising, and producing reports and presentations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in copy writing with a sensitivity towards BIPOC issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling
Manage CEO schedule and email
Travel arrangements for CEO and COO
Bookkeeping and Accounting
Mailing and Shipping
Merchandise Inventory and Management of Platform
Proofreading
Event planning Assistance
Assist with HR processes for onboarding, offboarding, and benefits
MUST HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF:
Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Word, Excel and Power Point
Zoom, Calendly and Docusign
Quickbooks, Spreadsheets and Budget management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Maryland Driver's License and access to a reliable car for local travel to run errands etc.
Exhibits respectful and detail oriented communication via phone and email
Ability to multitask, possess a high level of attentiveness to detail
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and privacy and ability to maintain strict confidentiality is imperative.
WORK LOCATION
Hybrid: approximately 75% of time spent at the Baltimore office and the other 25% spent working from your own remote office
Must be willing and able to do overnight travel for events approximately 20% of the year
Must also travel locally running errands in your own car
SCHEDULE
Full-time, 40 hours per week (weekends may vary)
COMPENSATION:
Salary- $65,000 - $75,000
