- Full-Time
- Salary: $17-$19 per hour
- Position will provide front office coverage for our 6 WA locations when needed.
- Home base will be our East Vancouver location- will provide support for WA locations, weekly, monthly and quarterly audits, and other duties as assigned.

This key position is responsible for all front desk duties including providing amazing customer service, checking patients in/out, appointment scheduling, referral management, insurance verifications, authorizations, and payment collection.
- Warmly greet and welcome patients.
- Check patients in and out for appointments according to company policy and procedures, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete.
- Pleasantly answer phonesand/or direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
- Accurately register patients and create patient accounts within an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Efficientlyschedule patient appointments for both new and existing patients.
- Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such preparing patient charts/documents, insurance verifications, authorizations, data entry and collection of payments.
- Complete opening/closing duties and other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate amazing Customer Service andmaintain HIPAA Compliance.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and amazing customer service skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with others.
- Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required.
