**Position:** Care Coordinator / Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) Crisis Center
**Role Responsibilities:**
Provide substance abuse assessment and counseling for individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. Offer counseling/education to family members regarding substance use impacts. Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions. Coordinate referrals to inpatient rehabilitation and community recovery services. Develop recovery plans and provide crisis management services. Work within a multi-disciplinary treatment team. **Salary:** Starting at $21.92/hour, increasing with satisfactory performance.
**Requirements:**
Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited institution. Texas LCDC in good standing. Valid Texas drivers license. **Preferred:**
1 year of direct service experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services. Spanish speaking. **Physical Requirements:** Must perform SAMA and CPR, moderate lifting, and operate office equipment.
