About the Job
Overlook Medical Center is seeking a cardiovascular stress technologist to perform nuclear and non-nuclear stress tests under the supervision of qualified physician or designee.
Essential Functions:
- Perform diagnostic quality cardiac exercise stress testing procedures including regular treadmill exercise stress test, nuclear and other pharmacologic stress tests.
- Understanding of all aspects of stress testing protocols
- Monitor and communicate ECG readings with the physician or NP.
- Obtain accurate blood pressure readings periodically during different stages of stress test.
- Downloading and processing ECG reports, Holter monitor application, and ambulatory BP monitor application in accordance with AHS policies and procedures.
