Cardiovascular Program Operations Director Opportunity

About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the operations of our Cardiovascular Programs, including CV Recovery, Cardiovascular Services, and the Electrophysiology Lab. In this role, you'll ensure seamless integration of all elements into a product line that supports our healthcare system efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cardiovascular operations to meet the needs of the system and medical staff.
• Integrate operations to provide a continuum of care clinically and geographically.
• Provide direct oversight of the product line as Administrative Director.
• Implement quality initiatives for patient safety and performance improvement.
• Conduct strategic planning and policy setting for cardiac rehabilitation and post-acute care.
• Engage in physician relations activities to address needs and opportunities.
• Lead marketing and product development for cardiovascular programs.
• Supervise annual reviews, goal setting, and employee development.
• Ensure financial accountability and compliance with operating guidelines.
• Implement quality initiatives for patient care and safe practices.
• Manage payroll, staffing, radiation safety, and sterile techniques.

Job Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
• Must meet one of the following: ARRT, RN, RCIS, or RCES.
• BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical cardiovascular leadership experience.

Additional Information:

• Total Units Covered: Cath, EP, IR, ECHO/VAS., CV Prep/Recovery.
• Bed Count: 3 Cath Labs, 1 EP Lab, 1 IR Lab.
• Staff FTE: 20-25.
• Patient Population: Adults only.
• Procedures per month: 50-60 (average).
• Shift Expectations: M-F days, with Emergency call.
• Staff Shifts: 7-3 with some variances.
• Call Required: Not for the director/Admin Director.
• Next Survey: May 2024.

Compensation: Up to $150k base salary, plus leadership bonus. Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
