Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity Cooperstown, NY Join a progressive and academically-driven health system in central New York as an Interventional Cardiologist within a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University. This role is ideal for a skilled, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist looking to contribute to a comprehensive cardiovascular program. Position Details - Faculty Practice: Collaborate with a team of 15 cardiologists, 2 cardiac surgeons, and 18 advanced practice clinicians.Interventional Program: Conduct over 500 coronary interventions annually and support active EP, structural, and open-heart programs. - Cath Lab Services: Engage in diagnostic catheterization, coronary interventions, and structural heart procedures, including TAVR, left atrial appendage closure, and PFO closure. - Additional Interests: Candidates with experience in TEE or coronary CT are welcome, as are those interested in developing a PERT program. - Teaching Opportunity: Engage in a teaching program with cardiology fellows and medical students in conjunction with Columbia University. - Call Schedule: Currently 1:3 interventional call, with plans to expand to 4 interventionalists.
