Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Clinic Director to lead and manage the operations and clinical services of a cardiology clinic. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in healthcare administration and a focus on delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective clinic performance.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire clinic staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field strongly preferred.
- Clinical background in nursing or allied health is desirable.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on cardiology or clinic management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles.
- Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems.
