Job Overview: Virtus Healthcare Staffing is currently engaged in a search for a skilled and experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join our partner's team at a regional acute care hospital located in Middlebury, VT. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong background in echocardiography to contribute to a dynamic and patient-centered healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms and cardiac ultrasound procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and report findings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to all safety and procedural protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in echocardiography techniques and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Certification: RDCS from ARDMS, CCI, or CRCS by CARDUP required within one year of hire.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of echocardiography experience or equivalent education and training is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary with a $5,000 - $7,000 signing bonus, depending on experience (DOE).
