Cardiac Hospitalist at Owensboro Health

Join a hospital-employed group of nine Cardiologists at the Heart Center in Owensboro, KY. Due to growth, Owensboro Health Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Non-invasive Cardiologist to provide inpatient care. In addition, we have eight Advanced Practice Clinicians (NPs and PAs) working closely with our cardiologists. An ideal candidate will be a team player with outstanding dedication to patient service.

Our cardiovascular disease group includes expertise in all aspects of cardiology: General cardiology, Interventional cardiology including structural intervention, Advanced Cardiac Imaging including Cardiac MRI and cardiac CT, Echocardiography services including 3D and strain imaging, Nuclear Cardiology, Arrhythmia and comprehensive cardiothoracic surgery services. This employed position offers both a comprehensive compensation and generous benefits package to include:

• $600,000 base salary
• $50,000 Upfront bonus
• $6,000 CME annually 
• Student loan forgiveness and fellowship stipends available
• Full-time, hospital employed position based in one hospital
• Inpatient consults, follow-ups, reading tests, etc.
• Fully integrated EMR (EPIC)
• Medical malpractice and tail coverage

• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
