OVERVIEW
DeSales University, in Center Valley, PA, is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts Salesian, Catholic university, under the leadership of the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales. Founded in 1965, the 550-acre suburban campus is located 50 miles north of Philadelphia and about 90 miles southwest of New York City. A total enrollment of nearly 3,500 includes undergraduate day and evening students, and graduate students. POSITION SUMMARY
The Card System Administrator works with a diverse range of people and projects to manage the security, development, maintenance, support, documentation and continuous improvement of our identity systems, including Transact, InstantID and other systems supporting the University. In addition to overall support of these systems, the incumbent will also focus on supporting user access, both digital and physical, including documenting and monitoring the integrations and working with stakeholders to resolve issues and promote continuous improvement. The incumbent also supports the Meal Plan records for students through the Transact system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, industry certification, or relevant experience
- Competency with computer systems
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience supporting identity and card service systems
- Experience with data integration tools and techniques
- Experience with report writing
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
- Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, disability and diversity
