Are you ready to make an impactful difference for generations to come? Nwestco is seeking highly motivated and skilled Outside Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. Dive into a role where you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.

This full-time, adventure awaits you in Portland or Seattle.

The pay range is 60k-80k depending on experience, plus commission and includes benefits.

Your Mission:

• Work directly with customers to complete quotes for their needs.

• Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

• Cold calling new locations to find new opportunities.

• Meeting with customers and other team members as needed.

• Completing any leads sent by other team members.

• 60% Focus on chemical sales and testing,10% Focus on construction projects and a

30% Focus on driving our company service, testing, and inspection capabilities.

• Follow up with our manufacturers and subcontractors to see through quotes and projects.

• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proven ability to achieve sales goals.

• Ability to carry on a business conversation with customers of all levels.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Knowledge of car wash equipment/chemicals is a plus but not required.

• Strong desire to learn quickly.

Before You Leap:

Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:

• Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug-screening and background check. If the position is classified as safety-sensitive, it requires the applicant to pass a comprehensive drug test, including screening for marijuana, as a condition of employment.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 5 years required.
