CAPX Project Manager - United Global Technologies

We are looking for someone that can manage several capital projects this year. These projects are mainly facility upgrades and enhancements. We need someone that can help write the scope of the projects with input from the site team. Also, to write capital appropriation requests, pull in the corporate capital team and work with them through their process on projects >$100k.

We would need help securing quotes from vendors.

We would need help issuing POs and tracking them against the CAR and ensuring invoicing is completed in a timely manner.

The site would still help manage contractors on the ground, but we need help with front end and back-end administration of these capital projects.

Examples of projects for this year are a Building Management System, Office Pool LED lighting upgrade, break room upgrade and renovations including a new mother’s changing room.
