Mattson Resources is hiring in Deltona Florida! Our global manufacturing client  is seeking a Capital Equipment (Automation) Production Engineer for their facility in Deltona FL .Relocation is available.

Summary:

• 70-80% hands-on with a variety of automated equipment to review and develop process workflow, understanding how the motors, sensors, machinery works to evaluate what is needed for new equipment purchases or process improvement.
• Understanding of how to build out the plant and cell layouts, specifications, drawings, sketches of machinery / equipment including tooling and standard work documents using CAD software. 
• Develop capital investment justifications for manufacturing equipment.
• Coordinate equipment purchases, installations, or transfers.  
• Create the training and operating materials for Production Equipment

Minimum qualifications:

• A minimum of an Engineering Degree with four (4) years of relevant experience OR a High School diploma and equivalent hands-on equipment experience.
• Hands-on experience with automated equipment in the past.
• Experience in project management and technical process improvements. 
• Lean manufacturing experience . 
• Equipment/process design and specification experience within a highly regulated manufacturing industry.
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office software, MS Project, Minitab, CAD, able to generate conceptual and detailed drawings in Autodesk Inventor is preferred.
