Position: Experienced Canvassing Manager 

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in managing a canvassing team, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for driving results. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our canvassing efforts, including recruiting, training, and motivating a team of canvassers to generate leads and drive sales. 

Responsibilities:

• Train, and manage a team of canvassers.
• Develop and implement strategies and scripts for reaching and engaging potential customers.
• Support Out in the field with their team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in managing a canvassing team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the Home Improvement industry is a plus.
