Position

We are looking for a Canon/ Oce’ Field Service Technician to join our service team in the Sacramento, CA area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Sacramento and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Duties

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Developing options to solve unusual problems
• Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

Qualifications

• Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
• Canon and/or Oce' Vario Series Certification & service experience (including Titan & Colorado Machines)
• Other experience with Canon, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
• Strong computer knowledge
