The Account Manager based will execute sales strategies, build productive relationships and close sales. Responsibilities include
- Prospecting for and qualifying prospective new distributor or retail clients for our regulated product line.
- Becoming an expert in our products, market and prospects.
- Presenting our products to prospective customers in an accurate and compelling manner by phone, email, text and personal meetings.
- Responding to objections, closing, and submitting complete and accurate orders.
- Recording all activities in our Customer Relationship Management system as trained and directed.
- Reaching target number of accounts as directed.
- Calling on and visiting prospective customers and sign them up as new accounts.
- Building value in and increasing monthly orders from existing accounts.
- Setting goals, managing and reporting on territory sales metrics and data requested by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in cannabis industry required.
- Proven dedication to performance-based environments.
- Computer proficiency, specifically but not limited to: Salesforce (preferred), Microsoft Office Suite (required)
- Expert time-management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills; Ability to quickly adapt to an often-changing and rapid-paced work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to deliver effective presentations.
- This position requires travel. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Compensation: $50,000 base plus commission (OTE $100,000)
