Join Our Team as a Pre-Roll Production Operator!

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Roll Production Operator to join our growing team! If you have a passion for the cannabis industry and are ready to take on a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate Knocker Machines: Be a key player in our production process by running the joint filling machines (knocker) to create perfect trays of joints for our packagers.
• Collaborative Communication: Work closely with supervisors and managers, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.
• Cleanliness is Key: Keep your work area spotless and ensure all tools (buckets, trays, hand tools) are properly cleaned.
• Track Strain Info: Stay organized and keep track of multiple strains, floor waste, end-of-strain waste, and metrics tags.
• Quality Control: Make sure every tray is perfectly weighed and hits the right target for pre-roll weights—quality is our priority!
• End-of-Day Tasks: At the end of your shift, help with cleanup, including cleaning bins and doing a deep clean of the knocking room and equipment.
• Support the Team: Jump in to help with grinding, packaging, and any other tasks that keep the operation running smoothly.
• Hit Quotas: This is a fast-paced environment, and hitting your production goals and quotas every day will be key to your success! You’ll be responsible for working efficiently and meeting daily targets without sacrificing quality.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear your required PPE in the work area—your safety is our top priority!

What We’re Looking For:

• Quick Learner: You pick things up fast and thrive in a hands-on environment.
• Attention to Detail: You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and can stay organized in a busy workspace.
• Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable standing for 8 hours, and you don’t mind bending, reaching, and lifting as part of the job.
• Team Player: Communication is key—both with your teammates and supervisors.
• Experience:
  • Ideally, you’ve got 1 year of experience in knocking or pre-roll production.
  • Bonus if you have 1 year of Metrc experience!
• Requirements:
  • OLCC Cannabis Work Permit required
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
