Job Title: Campus Recruiter
Location: Collegeville, PA - Hybrid
Pay Range: $39.60 - $51.55/hr
Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent from HBCUs and HSIs, aligned with our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with career services offices, faculty, student organizations, and alumni networks at targeted institutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including HR, Early Career recruitment team, hiring managers, ERG, and diversity and inclusion teams, to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and priorities.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, to engage and attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct presentations and workshops on campus to promote our employer brand, internship programs, and career opportunities.
• Lead the selection and evaluation process for candidates, ensuring a fair and inclusive selection process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HBCU and HSI recruitment.
• Manage a team of campus recruiters and provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in campus recruitment, specifically focused on HBCUs and HSIs.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting diverse talent from HBCUs and/or HSIs.
• Strong knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive results.
• Ability to travel to college campuses frequently, including overnight stays as necessary.
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives and their impact on campus recruitment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
