Position Purpose
The Campus Executive Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of the college campus. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at fostering a positive educational environment, enhancing student engagement, and achieving institutional goals. The Executive Director will lead efforts in student recruitment and retention, manage financial resources, and oversee staff performance, all while ensuring compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.

- Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive campus growth, ensuring alignment with the institution's broader vision and goals.
- High-Level Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, accrediting bodies, and community organizations to foster collaboration and support campus initiatives.
- Broader Accountability:
- Lead the financial strategy for the campus, ensuring sustainable growth and efficient resource allocation to support long-term goals.
- Decision-Making & Influence:
- Lead campus hiring decisions, shaping the organizational structure to meet strategic objectives, and ensuring staff performance aligns with campus goals.
- Enhance Outcome Focus:
- Drive measurable improvements in student outcomes and operational efficiency, with accountability for key performance indicators such as graduation rates, job placement success, and campus financial performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with accreditation, state requirements, and other regulatory standards, working closely with Corporate Compliance.
- Drive student retention and enrollment efforts to increase active student count.
- Prepare and manage the operational budget in collaboration with the Regional Director, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints, including payroll and facility costs.
- Oversee the management of physical facilities, monitoring associated expenses such as utilities and rent, and assessing needs for potential expansion.
- Staff all departments by collaborating with Corporate Department Directors and the Regional Director, structuring roles according to established policies and published job descriptions.
- Prepare for initial or ongoing accreditation, coordinate Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings, and manage Advisory Board meetings by assigning appropriate staff.
- Assign educational duties to the Director of Education, focusing on the alignment of educational programs with student needs.
- Address employee grievances promptly and communicate relevant issues to the Regional Director or Director of Human Resources for further action.
- Stay informed on Human Resource topics and ensure compliance with policies regarding employee medical conditions that may affect leave eligibility.
- Conduct monthly school meetings to ensure clear communication of policies, goals, and progress toward benchmarks.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with both school and corporate staff, upholding the institution's reputation and supporting its mission.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Regional Director, President, or Vice President of Operations.
- Supervise the entire school staff, including the Director of Education, Director of Compliance & Administration, Registrar, Student Service Coordinator, Financial Aid Officer, Bursar, Career Services Coordinator, and any other positions designated to report directly to them.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have at least three (3) years of management experience within a post-secondary educational institution, preferably within a private sector.
- Positive business and sales aptitude and background.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educationalenvironment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
- Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service in an educational setting.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as collaborative team member and have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills are required with proficiency in MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability and willingness to work outside of regular work shifts, including evenings and/or weekends as necessary or as requested by Supervisor.

What We Offer
The salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
