We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager for a temporary maternity leave contractor role on our Advertising & Brand Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative brand strategies, driving creative campaigns, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams. This role offers the opportunity to lead upper funnel campaigns focused on building brand awareness, driving product consideration, and enhancing our brand reputation.
As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, guide creative development, and oversee campaign execution from concept to delivery. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic mindset, creative expertise, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Strategy Development: Partner with internal teams and product marketing leaders to gain a deep understanding of business goals. Use this insight to develop strategic brand and messaging approaches that align with company objectives and reflect our unique brand perspective.

Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders including product marketing, business units, and creative teams. Lead efforts to integrate brand messaging across all levels of the organization and external partners.

Drive Creative Development: Guide and inspire the creative process to deliver compelling, integrated campaigns that represent our brand s narrative. Ensure consistency across all media channels, from traditional to emerging platforms, while optimizing creative output for maximum impact.

Oversee Production & Execution: Manage campaigns end-to-end by overseeing the production process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all campaign materials. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the execution phase.

Media, Measurement, & Budget Management: Partner with the media team to execute campaigns and track performance. Ensure that all campaigns meet agreed-upon objectives, and share insights and results with key stakeholders. Manage campaign budgets efficiently while adhering to financial constraints.

Provide Brand Team Support: Assist in the management of budget tracking, trafficking, and legal approval processes during post-production, ensuring all deliverables meet required standards and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand strategy, with a proven track record in developing and executing integrated campaigns
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external agencies
- Expertise in creating data-driven marketing strategies and creative briefs
- Prior experience in financial or banking categories is a plus
- Previous experience in advertising agency (account management) or digital marketing is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and high energy in a fast-paced environment
