Full responsibility for the configuration, operation, and optimization of our Call Management platform.
Manage and mentor a small team to ensure daily activities are performed efficiently.
Establish and enforce standard procedures for the team.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the leadership team to advocate for and implement improvements to systems, processes, and personnel.
Qualifications
Experience: Absolute requirement of managing an inbound call management system with Ringba.
Skills: Strong understanding of call management platforms and processes, with the ability to assess and optimize system performance.
Team Management: Proven experience in managing a small team.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of the financial dynamics of call optimization to drive business improvements.
