We are looking for a talented Call Center Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
Position Overview: The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our inside sales team within a dynamic call center environment. This role demands a proactive and results-driven individual who possesses a proven track record in managing sales teams within similar settings. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and motivating a team of inside sales representatives fostering a high-performance culture, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives in a fast-paced call-center environment.
- Set clear sales targets, objectives, and performance metrics for the team and individuals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to ensure their seamless integration into the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to align strategies and optimize customer experiences.
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Lead by example and actively engage in sales activities to demonstrate best practices.
- Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct performance evaluations, one-on-one meetings, and regular team meetings to assess progress and address challenges.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within a call center or inside sales environment.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and formulate strategies.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM software and sales management tools.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop sales teams to achieve their full potential.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position based in Boca Raton.
- May require some travel between our Boca and Miami offices.
