• Schedule: Monday- Friday, multiple day shifts available
• Pay Rate: $19-$21/hr ( $19 for early shift and $21 for late )

Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:
• Responds to inbound phone calls and claims (as well as outbound calls) to/from patients, physicians, and pharmacies using a phone script.

Requirements for Call Center Representatives:
• Call center experience a plus

* Basic computer skills

* Good phone etiquette

* MUST have good Phone Etiquette
