About the Job
As a Call Center Service Representative III, you will resolve customer requests and issues, taking ownership from start to finish. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide timely solutions and accurately document interactions. Perform back-office HR transaction processing and demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve problems and answer questions promptly.
- Document customer issues and actions taken accurately in the case management system.
- Perform non-phone HR transaction processing.
- Communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Pay strong attention to detail to prevent errors and solve problems.
- Quickly grasp complex information and probe effectively for more details.
- Excel in organizational and time management skills.
- Interact with various customers, partners, vendors, and employees.
- Work in a contact center environment with minimal supervision using multiple system applications.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience.
- Ability to adhere to assigned work schedule and work various shifts.
- Previous customer service experience required, preferably in a call center.
- Experience with confidentiality protocols and case management systems.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technology skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Working knowledge of Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Effective listening and reading comprehension skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Workday tools.
- Knowledge of HR and/or Shared Services practices.
- Basic understanding of Payroll, Timekeeping, and Travel Services concepts.
