Primary Responsibilities
Your mission as a Patient Service Representative is to connect communities with life-saving treatments. This means engaging in heart-to-heart conversations with active listening, empathy, and a positive attitude. You'll be the go-to person, bridging the gap between patients and their providers, handling everything from recording important information into our EMR systems to scheduling appointments and assisting with medication refills. It's all about making a difference in people's lives and being their guiding light.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer service industry- Think Retail, Travel and Hospitality, Restaurant, Food, and beverage, Contact centers, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
