Position Details:
- Job Title: Call Center Rep
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour on W2
- Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
- Post-Training Schedule: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Location: Onsite only at 11800 Weston Parkway, Cary, NC 27513
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance after training
- Reliable transportation and availability to work onsite for the entire contract period
- Availability to work any schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel
- At least 1 year of high call volume customer support experience
- Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens simultaneously

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary resource for inbound calls, addressing non-clinical customer inquiries, such as prescription status or financial information
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and ensure accurate information is recorded in the system
- Directly respond to customer inquiries or route calls to appropriate staff to ensure prompt resolution
- Update progress notes to ensure other team members can easily assess the status of the referral
- Provide customer service through management information systems, including answering questions about refill needs, verifying insurance, and providing invoice copies
- Answer patient inquiries during refill scheduling and transfer calls to the clinical team when necessary
- Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to ensure patient safety
- Perform additional duties as assigned
