CSR’s take inbound calls, helping customers with navigation throughout website and answer any questions they may have about the products.
They also provide upselling of products.
There is also a click to chat program they may be involved with.
They provide 2 weeks of paid training where they are in a classroom style setting.
They learn the computer.
Once hired in, there are other departments they would be able to move in to.
Attendance is key; they are very strict with this.
They will be watching for attendance and call quality.
Must be available for all shifts mostly 11am-7pm.
They run 24/7 365 days a year.
