About the Job
- CSR’s take inbound calls, helping customers with navigation throughout website and answer any questions they may have about the products.
- They also provide upselling of products.
- There is also a click to chat program they may be involved with.
- They provide 2 weeks of paid training where they are in a classroom style setting.
- They learn the computer.
- Once hired in, there are other departments they would be able to move in to.
- Attendance is key; they are very strict with this.
- They will be watching for attendance and call quality.
- Must be available for all shifts mostly 11am-7pm.
- They run 24/7 365 days a year.
