Position Description:
Our Appointment Coordinators are full time, in-office representatives who work in our marketing department and are responsible for all back-end scheduling. The marketing department is the walking talking face of our business, so it is important that you are able to communicate well and make a connection with potential clients quickly. We offer extensive, fully paid, training where you’ll learn product knowledge and objection handling techniques. You will work with warm leads from multiple lead generating sites. This means no cold calling or prospecting. You will need to follow our precise pre-qualification and confirmation process with each potential client to ensure we are placing our sales team in the best position to succeed. Since we are so keen on promoting from within Home Genius Exteriors, this position is the perfect stepping stone to enter other facets of our business
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls received through multiple lead generation channels in a prompt and professional fashion
- Initiate outbound calls to digitally generated leads to fulfill their request for a free estimate
- Serve as initial point of contact for potential customers via phone and email
- Review information provided by customer to confirm accuracy and determine availability for in-home sales consultation
- Document and update customer interaction within customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Overcome objections from potential customers regarding scheduling, cost, etc. to schedule sales consultation as soon as possible
- De-escalate the call where appropriate and provide solutions that leave the customer satisfied with the resolution
- Exceed customer service expectations by providing an outstanding experience to every potential customer
- Adhere to schedules while maintaining an acceptable level of service, customer satisfaction and quality
Minimum Competencies:
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills
- Engaging and lively interpersonal skills
- Natural ability to speak clearly and publicly with confidence
- Multi-tasking proficiency and ability to type while speaking to customers
- Open-mindedness with a passion for ongoing learning and self growth
- Previous experience in a dynamic call center or customer service role is highly desired, but not required
- Desire to coach other colleagues after refining your own talents
- High level of flexibility in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to make decisions quickly by balancing company guidelines and customer needs
- Perfect position for recent college graduates with little or no experience
