POSITION TITLE: CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE-DENTAL
FLSA: NON-EXEMPT
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to use positive language.
- Attentive to detail
- Computer literate
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Schedule appointments by phone and update/enter patient demographics.
- Ensure patient's data is added correctly.
- Cancel and reschedule booked appointments.
- Place outbound calls as needed.
- Resolve issues on eMessenger, failed call report.
- Process all patient transfer requests
- Provide general information to patients regarding services, insurances accepted and sliding fee qualification
- Screen dental calls and schedule at the appropriate site
- Other duties as assigned.
