About the Job
This position provides professional, user friendly, accurate and real time information to support current and prospective students. The primary offices served will be Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Student Accounts. The Customer Service agent will provide information via phone to the callers for these offices, resolve issues, and create tickets for follow-up. Duties will include managing inbound calls and electronic tickets. This position is a position of which spends the most of the time on the phone.
- Answer all in bound calls when presented.
- Maintain current knowledge of Enrollment Services policies( which will be provided).
- Speak clearly, offer office identity. Pleasant speaking voice.
- Remain up to date regarding deadlines and information (which will be provided).
- Must be punctual and present on a daily basis.
- Preferred knowledge of Call Center Phone system, but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
